Country Women's Association of New South Wales. Narromine Branch

The Narromine Branch of the CWA meets on the first Friday of each month, in the C.W.A rooms located at the corner of Nymagee Street and Third Ave, Narromine.

We welcome new people to our area in friendship.

• The Branch gives scholarships to schools. We also encourage schools to take part in our International Competitions, by studying a different country each year.

• We help those in need following Drought, Floods or Fire.

• Within this Shire our volunteers take part in meals on wheels and other voluntary work.

• Our main fund raising activity is catering. We also have craft days, cultural days and other fund raising activities.

• We lobby politicians for better health services, better roads and environmental issues.

• The C.W.A. is Australian wide as well as world wide.
